Good to know
Do I need to install an app?
No. allRecord runs in your browser. On your phone, choose "Add to Home screen" and it opens like an app.
How does the WhatsApp part work?
allRecord prepares the message and opens your own WhatsApp with the customer chosen. You press Send. There is no WhatsApp API and no per-message cost. You can edit the text before sending.
Do my customers need to log in?
Never. They open a private link for their order, invoice or gallery. Galleries can have a PIN and an expiry date.
Is my data separate from other studios?
Yes. Every record belongs to one studio and the system blocks any access across studios. Your team only sees what their role allows, and you can export your data any time.
Can my staff and freelancers use it?
Yes. Add managers, counter staff, editors and freelancers by mobile number. Each logs in with their own OTP and sees only their part.
What happens if I stop paying?
You get 7 days of read-only access, then login pauses until you renew. Your data is kept for 90 days.
Is the passport and exam photo tool ready?
Yes. Pick the document (passport, visa, NEET, SSC…), crop, set the background, hit the KB limit and print a sheet. Always check the latest official notice for exam rules.
